How we handle your information

This notice explains what InfyniaLabs LLP ("we", "us") collects when you use InfyniaLabs Travel, why, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. It is written to follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number and/or email, and anything you tell us in the chat about your trip (dates, who is travelling, ages, health or dietary needs you choose to share, budget, preferences).
• Technical data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse; basic request logs that do not include the content of your messages.
• On your device: a private link/token that lets you return to your conversation, and your light/dark theme choice, kept in your browser's storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Please do not send passport numbers, ID numbers or payment details in the chat. We do not need them to plan your itinerary, and we will ask separately and securely if a visa application ever requires documents.

2. Why we use it

• To plan your itinerary and reply to you in the chat.
• To contact you about your trip on the WhatsApp number or email you gave us.
• To keep the service safe (preventing abuse and automated misuse).
• To improve how our planning desk works, using information that does not identify you wherever possible.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it to advertise to you.

3. Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security checks (including a bot check).
• AI model providers. Our planners use AI assistants to research and draft itineraries. The trip details you share are processed by those providers on our behalf for that purpose. Every itinerary is reviewed by a person at InfyniaLabs before it is sent to you.
• Our own computers and storage, where your conversation and itinerary are kept.

We may disclose information if the law requires it. We will not share your details with airlines, hotels or others until you ask us to proceed with a booking.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your conversation, contact details and itinerary for up to 180 days after your last activity, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Leads you leave when the chat is closed are kept for the same period.

5. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and we may not be able to continue planning your trip.
• To do any of this, email [email protected] from the address you gave us, or message us on the WhatsApp number we contacted you from.
• You can clear this device at any time with "Clear this device" in the chat.

6. Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handled your information, write to us first at the address above. Our Grievance Officer is Om Parkash Kharbash, InfyniaLabs LLP, Flat No. 203, Beauty Tower, The Seven Lamps, Sector 82, Gurugram, Haryana – 122004, email [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as the law provides.

7. Children

Trips often include children. Please give us information about children only as a parent or guardian, and only what is needed to plan the trip (for example age and any care needs).

8. Changes

If we change this notice we will update the version and date. This draft is version v0-draft.
